Owned and designed by two of Thailand’s most renowned designers, The Rachamankha has a decidedly traditional temple feel despite it being a relatively new property. The interior design is based on northern Thai Lanna culture, which is a merger of Chinese, Dai, Laotian, Lua, and Burmese culture. The hotel is awash with some fantastic Chinese antiques, art and architectural features that represent these cultures.
The Restaurant is primarily Thai cuisine but also offers a large selection of fusion dishes that combine flavours from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, andEurope.
Located in the heart of the old city, the hotel is within walking distance of many of Chiang Mai’s delightful temples and the city walls.
With such a serene ambiance The Rachamankha truly is the perfect escape for those in need of a little R&R.
