Most people end up in Singapore due to it’s transport links – and acting as a crossroads for South East Asia, there sufficient activities to maintain your interests beyond shopping.

A handful of museums and temples are supplemented by more Disney-esque activities, from Bird Parks, Night Safaris, to the obscure ‘beach’ resort of Sentosa (swimming not recommended due to proximity of oil tankers). However, with excellent internal transport and numerous top-end hotels, a visit is strongly recommended to form your own opinion!
