Qui Nhon is the capital of the Binh Dinh Province and is still a relative newcomer to the tourist trail. Until recently the majority of travellers would hop on the short flight from Danang to Nha Trang, but Qui Nhon now offers the perfect spot to break the journey between the two, while benefiting from seeing some of the fantastic scenery en-route, something sadly missed from twenty thousand feet.

The sandy beaches in the region are excellent and virtually deserted and the surrounding country is dotted with some outstanding examples of Cham towers such as the 22 meter high Banh It Tower.
